Besides having all the major celebrities roll through, Arsenio has opened the door for Spoken Word Artist Prentice Powell to bless the mic.
Powell has been on the show 3 times now, and his latest appearance last week had everyone talking after he moved the crowd with his powerful, emotional performance of the poem “Good Father”.
The poem struck a chord with a lot of fathers.

Prentice Powell, a former forensics student and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, uses poetry to speak on issues of race, social justice and fatherhood, often challenging stereotypes of black men.
