Truck Driver Charged In Accident: Tracy Morgan Still In ICU

As we previously reported actor/comedian Tracy Morgan was in a devastating car accident this weekend which left him and 2 others in critical condition. The accident also took the life of comedian James McNair also known as Jimmy Mack.

Kevin Roper the man driving the truck that is alleged to have caused the accident turned himself in to police and is now out on bail.
