Yet Another Police Killing in Tulsa, Oklahoma
A Tulsa Police Officer shot and killed 40-year-old, Terence Crutcher.
Unarmed Crutcher was having car trouble where later, a female police officer arrived on the scene where he was apparently not cooperating with the officer. Dash cam footage shows otherwise.
Female officer, Betty Shelby, fired the fatal shot.
