Holston was arrested in June after a search of his home uncovered a 9mm Glock 17 with a “giggle” switch, a device that converts the handgun into a machine gun. Previously, such possession was a misdemeanor. Holston was found guilty of multiple charges, including possession of a machine gun and unregistered firearm.
His sentencing is set for December 11, 2024.
