Gucci Mane is back in trouble with the law. Atlanta Police have issued a warrant for Radric Davis, aka Gucci Mane, for assaulting a soldier last friday night.
The soldier claims he was just looking to get a picture with Gucci in the Harlem Nights Nightclub. It all went bad when he says that Gucci attacked him with a champagne bottle from the VIP section. The soldier stated:
“I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle. And as I looked him in the face in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face.”
The soldier served in the Army and returned home from duty in Afghanistan last October. He received 10 stitches for the cut and suffered a concussion. Check out the pic below.
If this is true, this is bad news. It seems like Gucci Mane cannot stay out of jail for more than a year at time. I’m sure the judge will be looking to put Gucci away for a long time since it seems like he hasn’t learned from his mistakes.
