Mother Of Missing 8 year Old Relisha Rudd Speaks [VIDEO]

As many people in the DC area continue to ponder and pray over the situation regarding  the disappearance of  8 year old Relisha Rudd who was reported missing on March 19th,  Rudd’s mother, Shamika Young finally speaks to media.

NBCWASHINGTON reports:

The mother of a missing 8-year-old girl says she believes her daughter is still alive even though police are now calling the search for Relisha Rudd a “recovery” mission.

In an Exclusive interview with NBC’s Shomari Stone, Relisha’s Mother, Shamika Young states:

“I wasn’t under the impression she was missing. I thought she was at my sister’s house,” Young said. “I didn’t want to lose my other three kids. That’s why I didn’t call the police.”
