Whos’ child is this???…a ten year old boy was detained by police after leading them on a 100mph chase on an Ohio interstate for about an hour. To make matters worse..this is not his first time doing this…in fact this is his second time stealing his mother’s car and joy riding in two weeks! Looks like someone needs to be “scared straight!” See below
