The recent arrival of Beyonce & Jay-Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, has already got people calling the newborn a ‘Diva’. The New York Post reports that Blue’s recent arrival was accompanied by a mandated lock down of the entire 4th floor at Lenox Hill Hospital. The lock down prevented many new parents from being able to see their own newborns.
