Have you been doing the same 100 crunches in hopes that they would give you a 6-pack? Crunches are a great ab/core workout, however if those are the only ab/core workout you are doing, you are not going to get the 6-pack of your dreams. Sorry. 

Today’s Midday Workout includes 4 great ab/core exercises that you can add to your ab/core routine for a leaner and tighter core. 

Equipment:

Mat and Weights ( 2-5 pounds). If you do not have weights you can use cans, water bottles, etc. for added resistance.

Directions:

Perform each move for 30 to 60 seconds, moving on to the next move right after. Once you have completed the four moves, take a 15-30 second rest break.  Repeat circuit 2 to 3 times.
